CHALLENGE
Develop a social media campaign for CR Design Studios’ client Scerbo Physical Therapy to promote its Ergonomic Workplace. Create an A/B test to help identify the needs of Scerbo's patients, including whether or not the practice should pay more attention to Young Professionals or continue targeting the older Blue-Collar Workers that come to the practice via Workers’ Compensation. In addition, test if Scerbo's audience has shifted in recent years to a younger audience due to changes in local demographics in Edgewater, New Jersey.
SOLUTION
Designed a multi-platform social media campaign for Scerbo's Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts. The campaign tests whether or not photo-based imagery or illustrative graphics will drive more online engagement and generate more leads — and in turn, reveal the most current demographics of Scerbo's target audience.
